To ensure a seamless and refined Afternoon Tea experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following:

At present, we are unable to accommodate Vegan menu requests.

Any dietary restrictions or requests for Gluten-Free enhancements must be communicated a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your reservation.

Our tea experiences are elegantly paced and scheduled; late arrivals may result in a reduced duration of service.

Cancellations, modifications, or reductions made within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur a percentage fee per guest.

No-show reservations will be charged 50% of the total booking value to the credit card provided.

Credit card details are required to secure all reservations and will only be charged in accordance with the above policies.

Gratuities are not included in our listed pricing and are graciously appreciated by our tea hosts for exceptional service.

At the conclusion of your seating, your tea host will discreetly present the bill as a courteous indication of our upcoming guests.

To ensure optimal comfort and seating arrangements, we kindly ask that all attending guests be included at the time of booking.

We are pleased to offer takeaway packaging for any remaining food or tea following your experience.
