- No Shows will be charged 50% of the reservation amount to the card on file.
- We require credit card details to secure your booking, but we will only charge this card for No Shows.
- Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff and are not included in the listed prices.
- Your tea host will present the bill at the end of your service to indicate the arrival of our next guests.
- Please ensure all attending guests are accounted for when making your reservation to guarantee adequate seating.
- We are happy to provide take-home containers for any leftover food and tea at the end of your service.
