Guest Information:

• We apologize, but we do not offer Vegan options at this time.

• Please inform us of any dietary requests or Gluten Free Upgrades at least 48 hours in advance.

• Our experiences are designed around tea times; arriving late may shorten service.

• Cancellations, changes, or reductions made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a % fee per guest.

• No Shows will be charged 50% of the reservation amount to the card on file.

• We require credit card details to secure your booking, but we will only charge this card for No Shows.

• Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff and are not included in the listed prices.

• Your tea host will present the bill at the end of your service to indicate the arrival of our next guests.

• Please ensure all attending guests are accounted for when making your reservation to guarantee adequate seating.

• We are happy to provide take-home containers for any leftover food and tea at the end of your service.
